The volatile organic compound online monitoring system (VOC online monitoring) can be used to monitor the unorganized emission of volatile organic compounds in the plant boundary and park. The VOC gas monitoring system can be used to determine the total hydrocarbons, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons, and benzene in the ambient air. The concentration of toluene, xylene and characteristic pollutants; monitoring data can be transmitted to the monitoring center in real time to realize the management functions of pollutant data display, alarm management and data analysis. At the same time, it can provide customized solutions for a variety of different working conditions and customer needs.
Features：
1.Over limit sound and light alarm function: when the gas measured by the sensor is more than the set gas value, the sensor turns on the sound and light alarm function;
2.Equipped with air-cooled condenser: the air-cooled condenser can reduce the temperature of the gas to be measured, which makes the service life of other components longer;
3.Pretreatment of the gas to be measured: the equipment is equipped with air-cooled condenser and air filter, which can cool the gas and filter large particles. Volatile organic compounds can pass through, which can improve the service life of the probe and make the test results more accurate.

Monitoring parameters：
The VOC monitoring system monitors the components of methane, total hydrocarbons (THC), non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC), benzene series, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and other volatile organic gases in the exhaust gas, as well as the humidity, temperature, pressure, and For parameters such as flow rate, the measured exhaust gas passes through the sampling probe to remove dust, heat tracing tube, enter the high temperature chromatographic analysis module for analysis and measurement, and transmit the measurement data to the environmental protection department.
